Reviving the rich traditions of crafting through cultural memory, this project seeks to enable a conversation between generations of Bugun. It aims to Research and Remember age-old artisanal techniques,  identify and honour master weavers and makers in order to Rejuvenate Bugun identity through forgotten crafts by celebrating their historical roots. Through workshops, exhibitions, collaborative research with community the project wishes to help the young Bugun Reconnect with knowledge that is their cultural heritage. It also seeks to make these invaluable traditions into sustainable home based livelihoods. This project is an initiative of DDF, Pune and is supported by Titan Industries Ltd.
